The IDC MarketScape has named Amazon Web Services (AWS) a Leader in U.S. IT Training Services for the 2nd time. This MarketScape report provides vendor insights based on IDC MarketScape research criteria for organizational decision makers and learners. According to the report, “Customers typically gave positive feedback for AWS when referring to the customer preference scale, and this year was no different. In particular, they applauded the large degree to which clients can customize their content and learning paths.” The report also noted, “AWS' learning platform is also branching into new ways to teach or reinforce learnings. It is developing free games. Also, it is among the first popular vendors to employ augmented reality (AR)/virtual reality (VR) learning and early metaverse-type content for cloud practitioners.”
