The boot camps helped drive a greater than 130 percent return on investment and attracted new talent to the company. Plus, CMD Solutions saw a 30 percent increase in revenue corresponding with an increase in upskilled employees that helped to meet demand and accelerate customer migration to the cloud by five times.
